The design finally developed to have an Atrium taking advantage of the vertical structure in the crack built using the local regolith material available on the site. The structure is built downward-up in the crack using the HRI process.&lt;br /&gt;

The design incorporates the Voronoi Cells principle, inspired by the natural cracks found on Mars. At its core lies a central atrium that fosters life within its space. The living facades of the structure form an urban habitat for plants, simultaneously creating a humid, oxygen-rich micro-climate for the building&#039;s occupants.&lt;br /&gt;

The design incorporates the Voronoi Cells principle, inspired by the natural cracks found on Mars. At its core lies a central atrium that fosters life within its space.
